He was predeceased by : his wife Lorraine "Lee" Nathan; his child Harlene Newman (late Wayne); his parents, Abe Nathan and Rose Nathan; his siblings, Evelyn Plotsky (late Hyman) and Jerry Nathan; and his sister-in-law Diane Rosenfeldt (David).
He is survived by : his son Steven Nathan (Hilary Mass); his grandchildren, Stacey, Melissa Nathan, Charles Newman (Lisa), Matthew Newman (Amy) and Bradley Newman; and his great grandchildren, Luke and Max Newman.
