The memory of Phyllis Anderson Hunt of Northbrook, Illinois, who passed away on September 13, 2025 at the age of 97, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Phyllis leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Lamont Anderson and Ella Louis (Ward); her brother Edwin Lamont Anderson; and her husband Grover Cleveland Hunt. She is survived by: her daughters, Katherine Maillet (Jean-Michel) of Paris, France, Karen Wickman (Scott) of Northbrook, IL and Kristin Catanzaro (Frank) of New York. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Village Presbyterian Church (1300 Shermer Rd, Northbrook, IL 60062).
