It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raisa Volchek (Northbrook, Illinois), who passed away on July 15, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her spouse Leonid; and her cousins, Anya, Roza, Dolly, Danik and Nicky.

She is survived by : her children, Alex Volchek (Natalya) and Gene Volchek (Irene); her grandchildren, Steven, Anthony, Nicole, Benjamin and Michelle; and her cousins, Semyon Kosinov and Ella Kravchenko.
