He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Mayer and Frank Mayer; and his sister Barbara Marks. He is survived by: his wife Linda Moyer; his children, Polly, Kate and Greg; his caregivers, Russell Ortega, Lawrence Lambo and Chris Lacson; and his sister Susie Wood. He is also survived by three children, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
