He is survived by: his wife Colleen Garard McNeely; his children, Meghan Schmidt, Melissa Thompson (Rob), Tracey Zabriskie (John), Jamie Hubbard (Tim) and Tom McNeely (Sheila); his brother Patrick McNeely; his grandchildren, Hank (Liz), Nick Thompson (Brianne), Nora Bechter (Brett), Jack (Molly), Mac Zabriskie (Sarah), Sheehan Ramey (Brian), Will Hubbard (Noelle), Clare Kemper (George), Cecelia, Sean, Kerry and Peter McNeely; and his great grandchildren, Madeleine Thompson, Liam, Connor, Jack Thompson, Lucy, Ruby Hubbard, T. J. Kemper, Kennedy Ramey, James Zabriskie and Isla Zabriskie.
