He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Conklin and Susan Conklin. He is survived by: his wife Teri; his daughters, Catherine Froehlich (Ben) and Caroline Zafirovski (Todd); his brother-in-law Greg Changnon (Pola); and his brothers, Richard (Karen) and Peter (Ann). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saints Faith, Hope & Charity Church (191 Linden St, Winnetka, IL 60093).
