We bid farewell to Katherine Hynes Endre of Northfield, Illinois, born in Washington, District of Columbia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 14, 2025 at the age of 80. Katherine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Hynes and Mary Alice Hynes; and her brother Edward. She is survived by: her husband Wayne; her sons, Mike (Amy), Mark and Steve (Vanessa); her stepchildren, Jennifer Olson (Greg), Bill, Tricia Wall (Dave) and Mikie (Kristin); her stepgrandchildren, Nick, Jack, Emma, Michael, Ashley, Olivia, Nathan, Sarah, David, Brian, Ryan, Charlie, Tommy, Maddie and Elizabeth; and her sister Mary Howard. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Bridge Community Church (302 Euclid Ave, Prospect Heights, IL 60070). A reception was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Pinstripes (1150 Willow Rd, Northbrook, IL 60062).
