She was predeceased by: her spouse Rainulfo Gamboa; her parents, Lucio Návar and Lidia Návar; and her siblings, Gildardo Návar (late Esperanza), Angelita Herrera (Vicente), Herminia Rodríguez (late Roberto), Armando Návar (María), Arturo Návar (Beatriz) and Hortencia Dìaz (Chón).
She is survived by: her children, Edgar Gamboa and Fermín Návar (Stacey Devers); her granddaughter Meghan Návar; and her caregivers, Odila Cárdenas and Antonia García. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
