He is survived by: his wife Naomi Ruth Hines; his children, Tammy Ledbetter (Steve), Kelly Rus (Dave) and Patrick Hines (Danielle); his grandchildren, Tyler Ledbetter, Kyle Ledbetter, Clayton Ledbetter, David Rus, Jacob Rus, Ashley Rus, Declan Hines, Riley Hines and Brielle Hines; and his siblings, David Hines and Joyce Gibson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
