She is survived by: her daughter Vivian Tusek (George Pulice) of Oak Brook; her grandchildren, Allison Tusek Zemke (Matt) of Lockport, IL and Lauren McLaughlin (Connor) of Hebron, KY; her great grandchildren, Hadley, Josie McLaughlin and Tyler Zemke; her niece Joann Snyder Petty (Bill); her nephews, Rick and Leonard Wotchko; her great-nephew Scott Petty (Maritza) of Downers Grove; and her daughter Nancy (Pauline).
