With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ram Sai Bala M. D. of Oak Brook, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 12, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Padmini; his children, Yamini and Prashanth (Vanita); his grandchildren, Shalini and Siddhartha; and his siblings, Uma (Srinivasan), Bhaskar (Usha), Mani (Hema), Asha and Raghu (Rama). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Hursen Funeral Home (4001 Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162). A prayer was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Hursen Funeral Home & Crematory (4001 Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Sai Spiritual Community Center (70 W Golfview Dr, Northlake, IL 60164).
