He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Fultz (William), Al Mattaliano Jr. (Molly Noland) and Lynn Kingsbury (Tom); his grandchildren, Thomas Kingsbury Jr., Janine Kingsbury, Michael Fultz (Lauren Krohn), Valerie Cotter (Kevin), Max Kingsbury (Colleen Dennis), Stephanie Fulks (Adam), Emily Downs (Nolan), Cara Mattaliano (Robbie Stone) and Katherine Kingsbury; and his great grandchildren, Sophia Fulks, Liam Cotter and Olivia Fulks.
