We are sad to announce that on May 30, 2025, at the age of 82, Joann e Kleist of Oak Forest, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Bruno Kleist; her children, Diane Gerches and Dr. Joseph Turkowski; her grandchildren, Mallori (Jason), Cameryn (Ryan) and Molly; her great grandchildren, George, Lucy, Alice and Kammerer; and her siblings, Trudy Poljak (late James), Joseph Spataro and Catherine Spataro.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brady-Gill Funeral Home (16600 Oak Park Ave, Tinley Park, IL 60477). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Damian Catholic Church (5250 155th St, Oak Forest, IL 60452). A burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 2:45 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421). A Mass will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 11:30 PM to 12:30 PM at the St. Damian Catholic Church (5250 155th St, Oak Forest, IL 60452).
