He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Virva; and his siblings-in-law, David Laas, James and Michele Laas. He is survived by: his wife Janet Virva; his children, Nicole Voss (Zachary) and Michael Virva; his grandchildren, Colin and Hayden Voss; his sister Marianne Klima (Virva); and his nieces, Melanie and Brittney Laas.
