She was predeceased by: her parents, Pablo Soto and Juana Acevedo; her sons, William Hernandez and Alejandro Hernandez; and her husband Juan Perez.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Hernandez, Carmen Morales and Anna Perez; her siblings, Luis and Ana Celia Lopez (Ana); her significant other Ramon; Roberto Lopez. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McKenzie Funeral Home (15618 S Cicero Ave, Oak Forest, IL 60452). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM at the St Casimir Catholic Cemetery (4401 W 111th St, Chicago, IL 60655).
