He is survived by: his wife Susan Carole O'Connor; his sister Rita Sarney; his children, Jeanine Holubecki and Kevin O'Connor; and his grandchildren, Mia, Sara, Grace Holubecki, Peyton and Kelly O'Connor.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McKenzie Funeral Home (15618 S Cicero Ave, Oak Forest, IL 60452). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Julie Billiart Roman Catholic Church (7399 W 159th St, Tinley Park, IL 60477). A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at the Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery (2755 W 111th St, Chicago, IL 60655).
