He was predeceased by : his wife Barbara Jo; his parents, Marie Hortsman and James Hortsman; and his aunt Frances Griffin (Jim). He is survived by : his siblings, Donna McDonough (Michael), Barbara Diliberti (late Joseph), James Hortsman (Donna) and Albert Hortsman (Susan); and his aunts, Sally Ericson (late Swede) and Angela McGrath (late Jack).
