She is survived by: her children, Annie Nelson (Ryan), Kristie Carvotta and Kevin Durbon (Megan); her grandchildren, Michael, Colton, Ryanne, Taylee, Cheyanne, Madison and Ava; her brother Steve Klyzub (Pam); and her sister-in-law Colleen Klyzub. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
