With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy Tamura (Oak Lawn, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 30, 2025 at the age of 79. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Gardens South Funeral Home (11333 S Central Ave, Oak Lawn, IL 60453). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mount Hope Cemetery (11500 S Fairfield Ave, Chicago, IL 60655).
