He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Henry Co; his parents, Robert Egan and Mary Ann O'Leary; his sisters, Betsy, Kathleen Fredericks (Al), Patty Egan, Maggie Egan Cornman (Rick) and Katie; and his nieces and nephews, Maggie, Julia, Emily, Jim, Michael, Joy and Jessica.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 14th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Donnellan Family Funeral Home (10045 Skokie Blvd, Skokie, IL 60077). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at the Memorial Park Cemetery (9900 Gross Point Rd, Skokie, IL 60076).
