He is survived by: his children, Eugene Michael, Mary McLeod (Judson), Therese Smith (Bill), Tom (JoAnne) and Carol O'Keeffe (Dave); his grandchildren, Samantha Schramm (Chris), Kelly McLeod, Casey McLeod, Jason Smith (Frances), Brian Smith (Marissa), Cassie, Lucas, Shannon O'Keeffe, Sheila O'Keeffe, David O'Keeffe, Claudia O'Keeffe and Marty O'Keeffe; his great grandchildren, Lilly Schramm, Wesley Schramm, Emryck Smith, Jamison Smith, Nyle Smith, Keelyn Smith and Nolan Smith; and his brother Tom (late Patricia).
