He is survived by: his wife Juli Julkowski; his children, Jackie Julkowski of Villa Grove, Katie Julkowski (Joe Souligne) of Urbana and Daniel Julkowski of Lindenhurst; his granddaughter Krymson King of Villa Grove; his brothers, Richard Julkowski (Kathie) of Queen Creek, AZ, Stan Julkowski (Joanne) of Chicago and Andy Julkowski (Sue) of Amelia, OH; and his nieces and nephews, Adam Julkowski (Megan), Joe Julkowski (Erin), Lisa Julkowski, Laura Julkowski and Grant Silarski.
