He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan Bozek; his parents, Edwin Bozek and Violet Bozek; his children, John Jr. (Pamela) and Shannon; his stepchildren, Dana Hopson (Nicholas) and Jim Jamnik; his grandchildren, Logan and Austin; his stepgrandchildren, Anthony, Taylor and Connor; and his siblings, Richard Bozek and Diane Bozek-Rodriguez.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Blake-Lamb Funeral Home (4727 W 103rd St, Oak Lawn, IL 60453).
