She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Butryn and Marie Butryn; her husband Richard Blake; her children, Laura Letourneau (Alan), Scott Blake (Christine), Tracy Boehm (Michael) and Richard Blake (Andrea); her grandchildren, Joshua Letourneau (Katie), Ashley Carasquillo (Gabe), Nicholas, Matthew Boehm, Taylor, Michael Blake, Kylie, Molly, Olivia Blake and Samantha Woppel; and her sister Diane Nessenson. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Blake-Lamb Funeral Home (4727 W 103rd St, Oak Lawn, IL 60453). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
