He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Michelle; his daughters, Gabrielle and Paige; his parents, Kevin McGrenera and Joan McGrenera; his siblings, Michael McGrenera and Colleen Tsapaliaris (Nikolaos); his nieces and nephews, Evangelia and Stefanos Tsapaliaris; and his pet Keno.

Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Blake-Lamb Funeral Home (4727 W 103rd St, Oak Lawn, IL 60453). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Gianna Parish (10233 S Central Park Ave, Evergreen Park, IL 60805).
