She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Kuchan and Loretta Kuchan; and her cousins, Bob Lembke (Cindy) and Rick Hammann (Juanita). She is survived by: her husband George; her siblings, Karen Rybak (Jim) and Kevin Kuchan (Kim); her nieces and nephews, Lisa, Ellie Rybak, Shari Leon (Delio), David Rybak, Amanda Bogusz (Tyler) and Kevin Kuchan (Hannah); her siblings-in-law, Sue Urban (late Ron Georges), Delores Schilke (Gene), Mike Urban, Paula and Albert Urban (Kathy); and her friends, Jerry Krull (Debbie) and Perry Zataski (late Renee).
