Chaput; his children, Richard Chaput (Karen), Mark Chaput (late Michelle), Cheryl Sutkowski (Dennis) and Adrienne Boothe (James); his grandchildren, Jessica Chaput, Sean Chaput (Jordan), Nichole Chaput, Anna Boothe and Amberlynn Boothe; his great grandchild Astraea Chaput; his parents, Estelle Chaput and Phillip Chaput; and his sister Carol Thompsen (late Ronald). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
