He was predeceased by: his mother Lucille Kobylarczyk; his mother-in-law Gertrude; and his brother Phil Kobylarczyk. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Kobylarczyk; his daughters, Melissa (Jim Nolan) and Krystal Kobylarczyk (Wes); his grandchildren, Aurora, Nora and James; his siblings, Dan, Joann Darmofal and Denis Kobylarczyk (Kathy); and his sister-in-law Christine Koerber. He is also survived by his family, friends.
