He is survived by: his wife Annette Novinson; his daughter Sharon Welter (Bob); his grandchildren, Brian Welter (Melissa), Craig Welter (Anna) and Kathryn Welter; and his great grandchildren, Danica, Lenore, Abigail and Jedi.
