He is survived by: his wife Ingrid Lichtenfeld; his children, Christiane Angelo (Dennis), Sonya Eggen (Adrian), Ingrid Christensen (Joseph) and Thomas J. Lichtenfeld; his grandchildren, Theresa Angelo, Stephanie Angelo, Loren Angelo, Daric Angelo, Anders Eggen, Alena Eggen and Kai Lichtenfeld; and his siblings, Johan Christoph "Chris" Lichtenfeld (Charlotte), Anneliese Pythoud, Veronika Baer (Heiner), Matthias Lichtenfeld (Irene), Ursula Bruch (Don) and Andreas Lichtenfeld (Karen). He is also survived by his children and his nieces and nephews.
