He was predeceased by: his parents, Leverett Stone and Virginia Stone. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his sons, David Jr. (Wendy) and Michael (Christine); and his grandchildren, Claire, Charlie and Griffin. He is also survived by his pet dogs.
