It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Chizzo (Oak Park, Illinois), who passed away on November 20, 2018, at the age of 15, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Steve Chizzo of Shawano, IL and David Smith; and her great-grandparent Vera Weishoff of Shawano, WI.. She is survived by: her parents, Andy Chizzo and Sara Chizzo; her sisters, Natalie, Audrey and Vera; and her grandmothers, Marilyn Chizzo of Shawano, IL and Marnie Smith. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
