She is survived by: her husband Donald O'Brien; her brother Thomas Holden (Carol); her children, David (Joanne), Teresa, Kathryn, Michael (Cecilia) and Thomas (Nancy); her grandchildren, Brendan O'Brien-Keith, Jerrilyn Berger (Jay), Daniel O'Brien (Angie), Timothy O'Brien (Alyssa), Brian Cota (Nikki), Natalie Bettin (Brian), Petra O'Brien (Juan Trevino), Natasha O'Brien, David O'Brien and Karly O'Brien; and her great grandchildren, Edison, Delaney, Finneas Berger, Audrey Bettin and Alayna O'Brien.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Ascension Catholic Church (808 S East Ave, Oak Park, IL 60304). A Mass will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
