He was predeceased by: his son Mark Anthony Adams; his parents, William Adams and Lucy Adams; and his siblings, Mark Adams and Julie Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Gina Adams; his children, Kimberly D. Adams, Michael Adams and Jake Adams; and his grandchildren, Vincent Rodriguez and Emily Adams.
