It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia S. Caragher of Oak Park, Illinois, who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Marjory Wise and Orlando P Wise; her spouse Thomas Caragher; and her siblings, Louise Whitson (late James), Theresa Rener and James Wise (Rita).

She is survived by : her children, Ann, Geralyn Cardamone (late Richard), Kathleen Bridget Jedlovec (Gary), Thomas P. (Cindy), Mathew (Regina), Andrew, Peter (Claire) and Regina Gillerlain (late Todd); her grandchildren, Katie Justice (Kyle Swanson), Richard Cardamone, Ben (Amy), Phillip, Dylan Jedlovec, Elizabeth, Anna Caragher, Reina, Ryan Garrett, Danny and Patsy Gillerlain; her great grandchildren, Juliet, Lucy and Zellie Jedlovec; and her brother-in-law Bernie Caragher (Allene).
