He is survived by: his wife Johnilee; his daughters, Amanda Yankow of Barcelona and Mia Donoghue (Jeff) of Rogers Park, Illinois; his grandsons, Henry, Silas and Pete; and his sisters, Pat Wilske (Don) of Davenport Iowa and Kathy Hammett (Don). He is also survived by 5 nephews & a niece.

Dick completely bounced back from so many serious health issues during the years that his friends and family often joked that he should donate his body to science.
