She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John; her parents, Gene Hernandez and Margie Hernandez; her grandparents, Aurora, Juan Hernandez, Carmelo and Asuncion Mendez; her brother Dan Hernandez; her aunts and uncles, Carmelo Hernandez (Elena), Carmen Elsie Hernandez (Lino), Pablo Mendez (Isa), Manuel Mendez (late Carmen), Minerva Mendez (Manuel), Carmelo Mendez (Idez) and Olga Cullen (Arthur); her parents-in-law, Frank and Krysta Ratliff; her brother-in-law Tim Ratliff (Molly); and her godparents, John and Mary Lou Cueller.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral Home (17W201 Roosevelt Rd, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181). A prayer will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 5:00 PM and at 6:00 PM at the same location.
