Rafacz (Mark); his grandchildren, Ari Rafacz, Presten Rafacz and Ferris Kossow; his sister Donna Houli; his nieces, Christa Augustyn and Stefanie Houlis; and his great-nephews, Alexander and Michael Augustyn. He is also survived by his family, friends.
