He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Duzan and Helen Duzan; and his siblings, Darrell Duzan, Dwayne Duzan (LuAnn), Donna Akers (Terry) and Tim Bodle.
He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Baker (Gregg) of Oakland, IL, Kimberly Dudley (Chad) of Brocton, IL and Jesse Olinger (Jason) of Oakland, IL; his brother David "Brother Dave" Duzan of Oakland, IL; his grandchildren, Michael Hawkins (Maggie), Quintinn Eastin (Annaleisse), Olivia Baker (Sean), Keilan Baker, Madelynn Hutchinson (Mason), Bella Dudley, Coltin, Abbygail, Allyssa and Maryjane Vaughn; his friend Satterfield; and his wife Deb Duzan. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to his widow, Deb Duzan, in honor of his memory.
