It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peggy Ann Clapp of Oakland, Illinois, who passed away on January 14, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Albert and Doris Mae Bayes (Waters); her husband Robert "Bob" Daniel Clapp; and her brothers, Bill Bayes and Bob Bayes.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Clapp, Teresa Boes (Kim) and Mary Jane Boes (Keith); and her siblings-in-law, Jack Clapp, Burt Terry, Nancy Clapp, Geneva Clapp, Phyllis Terry and Kay Clapp. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and twelve great-great-grandchildren.
