It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edythe Mae Bork of Oakley, Illinois, who passed away on October 26, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Atteberry and Nellie Mae Miller Atteberry; and her siblings, Raymond Atteberry and Evelyn Atteberry Eads. She is survived by: her husband Bernard Bork; her children, Trudy, Thomas Heren, Dennis Bork, Gayle Mae and Kerry Albert; her grandchildren, Justin (Sarah Bork), Kaitlyn (Andrew Sell), Carson (Grady Sullivan), Kassandra (Peter Williams), Daniel (Jamie Heren), Kendall Mae Albert and Jarrett Albert (Cordelia Henkel); her great grandchildren, Brynley, Sadie Mae Bork, Levi, Nora, Aden, Thea Sell, Grayson Sullivan, Elsie Williams, Natalie, Emery and Nico Heren; and her brother Carl (Linda Atteberry). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
