He is survived by: his mother Denise Burdick (Metzger); his stepfather Jeff Burdick; his partner Lindsey Raffety; his children, Jacob Doolen (Ciley), Jaeli Doolen (Brenndan) and Gunnar Gerahart (Sara); his siblings, Jared Burdick (Alyssa), Shelby Burdick and Chase Ratcliff; his nieces and nephews, Brooks Haskell, Denver Burdick, Avery Burdick and Harlee Haskell; and his stepgrandmother Connie Doolen. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
