He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Robert and Patricia Richey. He is survived by : his parents, Lee E. Richey and Vicky Palmer (Joe Hill); his siblings, Killian Richey and Madison Tharp; his grandparents, Jim and Cheryl Palmer; and his close friends, Cody, Kayla, Shane, Cynthia and Martha. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
