He was predeceased by: his parents, Doug Moore and Lucille Moore (France); his stepmother Norma Davis; and his siblings, Sharon Smiley (Glen), Karen Partney and Larry Moore.

He is survived by: his sons, Victor Moore II of Danville, Shane Moore (Kathy) of Danville and Joshua Moore (Whitney) of Northlake, TX; and his sister Deb Lauzon. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the CrossRoads Christian Church (3613 N Vermilion St, Danville, IL 61832). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Crossroads Christian Church (3613 N Vermilion St, Danville, IL 61832).
