Bill L. Waggoner Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2025, at the age of 82, Bill L. Waggoner of Oblong, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Burl Waggoner and Dorothy Lucile Miles; his son Ryan Waggoner; his siblings, Tonia Stringfellow, Dick Waggoner, Jim Waggoner and Dee Waggoner; and his brother-in-law Gary Goss.
He is survived by: his children, Stacy Waggoner (Lorilee), Lisa Weaver (Jim), Tara Rains (Bud) and Trevor Waggoner (Jonna); his stepchildren, Jessica Musgrave and Denver Musgrave (Abby); his grandchildren, Jordan Waggoner (Krystina), Jared Waggoner (Kierston), Jailyn Mitzelfelt (Andy), Justin Weaver, Jessica Waggoner, Sydney Caldwell (Ethan), Sierra Coleman (Kathryn) and Aydin Musgrave; his siblings, Jerry Waggoner (Marge), Bob Waggoner and Connie Arnspaugh (Jeff); his sisters-in-law, Patsy Waggoner and Barbara Waggoner; and also, Richard Goss (Ronnie), Terry Goss (Jane), Mike Goss (Angie), Diane Kurpiel, Poodie Zumbahlem (Mark), Tammy Kistner (John), Keith Goss and Lenny Goss (Chris).
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Pulliam Funeral Home - Oblong (302 E Main St, Oblong, IL 62449). A memorial service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
