He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Burl Waggoner and Dorothy Lucile Miles; his son Ryan Waggoner; his siblings, Tonia Stringfellow, Dick Waggoner, Jim Waggoner and Dee Waggoner; and his brother-in-law Gary Goss.
He is survived by: his children, Stacy Waggoner (Lorilee), Lisa Weaver (Jim), Tara Rains (Bud) and Trevor Waggoner (Jonna); his stepchildren, Jessica Musgrave and Denver Musgrave (Abby); his grandchildren, Jordan Waggoner (Krystina), Jared Waggoner (Kierston), Jailyn Mitzelfelt (Andy), Justin Weaver, Jessica Waggoner, Sydney Caldwell (Ethan), Sierra Coleman (Kathryn) and Aydin Musgrave; his siblings, Jerry Waggoner (Marge), Bob Waggoner and Connie Arnspaugh (Jeff); his sisters-in-law, Patsy Waggoner and Barbara Waggoner; Richard Goss (Ronnie), Terry Goss (Jane), Mike Goss (Angie), Diane Kurpiel, Poodie Zumbahlem (Mark), Tammy Kistner (John), Keith Goss and Lenny Goss (Chris).
