It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale D. Fielder of Oblong, Illinois, who passed away on February 9, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Guy W. Fielder and Mildred Fielder (Baker). He is survived by : his wife Margaret Turner; his sons, Michael (Debbie) and Mark (Teresa); his grandchildren, Matthew (Kristin Fielder), Lyndsay (Jackson Jenkins) and Bethany (Greg Bury); his great grandchildren, Lauren, Nathan Fielder, Raelyn, Reghan, Reese Jenkins, Avy and Saylor Bury; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Ferguson, Erma Fielder, Dorothy Brooks, Maxine Turner and Marilyn Turner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family requests memorials be made to the Oblong Academic Foundation or Oblong Lake Foundation.
