Gary J. Miller Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary J. Miller of Oblong, Illinois, who passed away on July 13, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Miller (Betty Miller) and Betty E. Miller (McCleave); his brother Johnny Miller; and his grandparents, Joseph "Joe Boy", Maymie "Mamo" Miller, Henry and Mildred McCleave.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Miller (Wampler); his children, Samantha Wakefield (Christopher) of Marshall, IL. and Jacob Miller (Jessica Waggoner) of Evansville, IN.; his grandchildren, Jackson Wakefield, Declan Wakefield, Amelia Wakefield, Hudson Miller and Rory Miller; his brother Mike Miller; and his mother-in-law Beverly Cox. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Memorials may be made to "Transition's Hospice," and memorial envelopes will be available at the Forest Preserve.
