He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Musgrave and Pauline Musgrave (Kirk); and his siblings, Darrell Musgrave, Doyt Musgrave, Betty Musgrave and Phyllis Meese (John).

He is survived by : his wife Carolee; his children, Tena Kay (Ron) and Jeff Musgrave (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Ryan Kay (Kera), Rebecca McDonald (Ivan), Shelly Blake (Michael) and Jay Musgrave; his great grandchildren, Brantley Blake, Allyson Blake and Adalynn Kay; and his sisters-in-law, Brenda Willis and Lola Piersall. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family requests memorial donations be made to the First Christian Church of Oblong.
