It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lynn Carroll of Oconee, Illinois, born in Fillmore, Illinois, who passed away on October 16, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Carroll and Iola Fern Carroll (Craig); his daughter Misty Carver; and his siblings, Cecil, Jim, Charles, Rex, Russell Carroll, Imogene Foster, Ruth Hadley, Mary Ann Carroll and Sandy Gaskin.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila J. Carroll of Oconee; his children, Michelle Carroll of Cheyenne, WY, Andrea Kessler (Jeremy) of Salina, OH, Damon Carver of Tennessee, Derek Carver (Courtney) of Bowling Green, KY and Lacey Wilson (James) of Warrenton, MO; his grandchildren, Marah Carroll, Molly Carroll, Coalton Hill, Maddee Hill, Aiyanna Grant, Kaitlynn Wilson, Landon Wilson, Logan Wilson, Celee Carver and Rylan Carver; his great grandchildren, Clementine Grant, Octavia Grant and Mary Lou Carroll; and his siblings, Lawanda Anderson of Hillsboro and Edward Carroll of Indiana. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
