He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Frederick West and Beulah (Guymon); his stepfather James V. Deal; and his sisters, Genevieve "Genny" Owens (George), Blanche Rogers (Lloyd), Bessie Johannes (Osgood) and Cleo West Shaver.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy "Swaim"; his brother Larry West (Kaye) of Texas; his nephew Bruce West (Tammy) of Scottsboro, AL; his nieces, Annette Bevel (George Proksha) of Centralia, Teresa Duncan (John) of Centralia and Patty Brough (Steve) of Centralia; his grandchildren, Brian West (Amber), Beth Nicolaison (Jamison), Steven Bevel, Christopher Bevel (Kristin), Jason Hirsch, Jenny Stockton (Derrick), Brittany Brough (Michael Weaver) and Kelsie Brough; his great grandchildren, Coen West (Paige Knutt), Ayla Nicolaison, Afton Nicolaison, Grayson Bevel, Brooklyn Hirsch, Michael Stockton and Nicholas Stockton; his close friends, LeeRoy, Stephanie, Oshie and Stanley Roper; and his brothers, George West (Dorothy), John West and Jimmy West. He is also survived by numerous step grandchildren, step great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
